What does it take to scale a regional data platform into a collaborative, national solution across an entire organization? This session outlines the journey of transforming SRF’s internal usage data platform into a shared, strategic asset for SRG. I will share insights into our approach—what we aimed to achieve, what we accomplished, and what we would approach differently in hindsight. Rather than offering a universal blueprint, I will present a “Not-To-Do List” of key learnings, organizational pitfalls, and practical considerations. The goal is to provide strategic guidance for those leading data initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
