Claudia verfügt über 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Data Science, Artificial Intelligence und Innovation Management. Als Chief Data Officer bei der FIEGE Logistik ist sie zentral für die Daten und KI-Themen zuständig. Bis Sommer 2024 leitete sie bei der Deutschen Bahn das Data Intelligence Center und verantwortete die Daten & KI Strategie des Konzerns. Davor leitete sie das Machine Learning Team bei den T-Labs, der Forschungseinheit der Deutschen Telekom. Nebenher ist Claudia Angel Investorin. Sie ist Speakerin sowie Autorin und engagiert sich für die Bildung von Kindern und jungen Menschen im Bereich Daten & KI. Claudia wurde vielfach ausgezeichnet: 2019 als „Global Women Leader in AI“, „40 over 40 – Germany's Most Inspiring Women 2022“, als eine von „30 Outstanding Women in Data – 2023 Global Recognition“ und kürzlich mit dem ILD Leadership Award 2025 in der Kategorie „Inspiring Leader“.
